Meet the founder
The name Azure Strategies is inspired by “le Bleu d’Azur”; the endless blue horizon of sky and sea from Agnes Skatulla’s Mauritian roots, a reminder that opportunity is always within reach. This belief inspires the way she helps businesses find clarity, resilience, and growth, and unlock their own “blue sky” potential.
With over 15 years in senior marketing leadership, Agnes has delivered growth across diverse industries, from mass-market retail to luxury lifestyle brands, and has worked with both large corporate and medium-sized businesses. Her career has spanned key areas of marketing including brand strategy, customer growth, CRM and retention, digital campaigns, e-commerce, and multi-channel engagement. She has held senior executive roles as Head of Marketing and ExCo member, driving growth and strategy at board level. This breadth of experience gives her the perspective to know what truly drives sustainable business results.
Agnes brings the strategic insight of a senior executive combined with the practical approach of a hands-on consultant. Having built strategies and teams from the ground up, mentored rising talent, and developed a passion for helping businesses and people grow, she understands the challenges of scaling while balancing creativity with data.
